The Vinyl & Painted Signs plugin is still best for routing, though we have a CNC plugin on our internal list. The sandblasting plugin is pretty specific.

Although, as I type this, it seems that if you could configure the blasting time in the setup section, it would work quite well. So I take back what I just said. ;-)
