First, select the EstiMate edition that makes sense for your shop.

EstiMate QuickQuoter - $199 EstiMate QuickQuoter offers you the ability to create quotes with any of the plugins you have purchased and print them, or fax or email them to your customer. QuickQuoter does not offer the ability to maintain a history of quotes.

EstiMate Professional - $399 EstiMate Professional includes all the functionality of QuickQuoter plus adds the ability to maintain a customer list, history of customer quotes, and database of multiple salespeople in your shop.

EstiMate Enterprise - $699 EstiMate Enterprise takes it to the next level with one click order entry, conversion of estimates to jobs, networkability via the multi-user server, and the ability to check data in and out of the shop network to take on the road on your laptop.

Second, select the plugins you wish to add to your EstiMate edition - $99 each.

Your initial purchase of EstiMate QuickQuoter, Professional, or Enterprise includes four plugins: the Free Form plugin, the Labor Items plugin, the Line Item Groups plugin, and one other plugin of your choice to begin customizing your system.

The QuickBooks Link allows you to send your estimates and jobs over from EstiMate to QuickBooks. This live link uses the new QuickBooks SDK to send your transactions to QuickBooks as invoices, estimates, or cash sales. Note: the QuickBooks Link currently only supports U.S. editions of QuickBooks.

Finally, if you wish to use EstiMate in a networked (multi-user) environment,
you'll want to add our Multi-User server - $299 (includes one additional network license).

The multi-user server installs on your server machine or any networked computer you wish to use to host your data files. The EstiMate Enterprise edition can then seamlessly detect and connect to the multi-user server on your network, or across the internet.
