3.15. Blw32.dll install will now terminate error?

When trying to install EstiMate I get a Blw32.dll install will now terminate error message and a $2108 error code. What do I do?

1. Uninstall EstiMate.
2. Delete the EstiMate Directory.
3. Open the registry editor and navigate to hkey local machine > Software > Borland > BLW32. The data path for the blapipath entry should be C:\Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE

If it is anything other than this path then edit the blapipath key and change the path to that shown above.

4. Also check hkey local machine > Software > Borland > Database Engine.

CONFIGFILE01 should point to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE\IDAPI32.CFG

DLLPATH should point to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Borland Shared\BDE

If it is anything other than this path then edit the key and change the path to that shown above.

5. Reinstall EstiMate.
