3.38. Edit data.dll cannot be found error?

I am getting an error when trying to run EstiMate that says editdata.dll could not be found. What do I do?

Upgrade to or install a later version of EstiMate.

This error arises when an early version of EstiMate that is only designed for Windows 95 or 98, is installed on a NT based system like NT 4.0, Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Later versions of EstiMate have the necessary dll's to run on these systems.
