Look in your customer list for a blank entry at the top. When you find the entry, delete it and attempt to print again. The error should evaporate and you should now be able to print your customer list.
If you cannot delete the entry then cancel the print process and investigate what version of the software you have. To do this click Help > About. If you are running version 1.94, 1.94a, 1.94b, or 1.95 then upgrade your software to 1.96 or later and follow the instructions listed above.
To close the version screen click in the middle and it will disappear.
