1.14. How do I unlock my demo now that I've purchased?

I downloaded the demo from the EstiMate website and then purchased the software. How do I unlock my demo now that I've purchased the software?

Simply call technical support at 828-350-3300 or send email to support@estimatesoftware.com make sure in your communication to include your 5-digit ISN in your communication. The ISN is shown on the lower right of the security monitor screen, or viewable from within EstiMate by clicking Management > Configure EstiMate > Program Info.

The support representative will generate a key based on your ISN and give instructions for unlocking. If you are calling or emailing after our business hours, run EstiMate in evaluation mode by clicking "explore all features" from the Security Monitor screen. When a representative receives your request it will be processed accordingly.

Hours for the technical support desk are 9am - 5pm EST Monday thru Friday.
