3.25. Check.db appearing on desktop?

>Recently, I noticed an icon appearing on my desktop named 'Check.db' that keeps reappearing even after I delete it. As near as I can tell, EstiMate is creating this icon >and I cannot figure out why, what it is for or whether I need it there. Can you shed some light?

The solution is as follows:
1. Right-click on the estimate icon on the desktop
2. in the 'start in' field, enter: 'c:/program fileses/estimate'
3. click OK to save the changes
4. delete check.db from the desktop

Windows 2000,XP users do the following:

1. Right click on the EstiMate shortcut and select properties from the menu.

2. Click on the shortcut tab and in the target field, put the path to your softwares executable file in quotation marks and press ok. Example: "C:\Program Files\EstiMate\EstiMate.exe"

Note: if you have a different path to the estimate.exe file you will need to input that specific path inbetween the quotes.

3. After this is done delete the check.db file from your desktop, it should not reappear.
