3.86. General Difficulty Level slider is not increasing production time?

I'm evaluating your software and have a question about the sliding "difficulty level" scale. On some projects it only allows me to adjust to about 7 minutes worth of production time. Others it allows me as much as I need. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

When this phenomena occurs it is most often due to one of two factors: 1. EstiMate does not yet have enough criteria to come up with a production time.
2. The sign, label or print being priced is so small that a maximum production time is reached quicker that on a larger sign.

Example: In the vinyl signs plugin lets say we are pricing a 18 X 24 Sign on Omega Board that is single sided, quantity of 1 with one color of vinyl.

After selecting the substrate the General Difficulty Level Slider remains non functional and no production time can be indicated with it
because you have just selected the board.

When the vinyl is selected the General Difficulty Level Slider still does not have much effect on the quote as no coverage is selected.

Indicating a coverage amount with the vinyl coverage slider activates the General Difficulty Level Slider because EstiMate now has the criteria it needs to make a production time assessment: % of vinyl coverage on the substrate.

Bottom Line: Make sure you have selected enough criteria on the quote so the General Difficulty Level slider will affect production time.
