How do I roll in a comission for the salesperson while at the same time making it transparent to the customer?

The easisest way to add in a sales person commision in a transparent way is through creative use of the margin slider.
For example if you want a 10% salesperson comission, move the margin slider to 90% and you will have effectively added in the comission.
