I want to duplicate a job. How do I do it?

To duplicate a job first click on the open icon and then highlight the job you want to duplicate. Be sure to make a record of the job number, and then click the button that says 'duplicate item'. A dialogue box will pop up asking if you really want to duplicate it. Click the OK button and your job will be duplicated. You can then open the duplicate and make any additions or changes as required.
