1.42. What does the 'build graphic in shop' box do?

I have been using the 'Custom Vinyl Logos' section of the RTA plugin and I see the 'build graphic in shop' box there. What does the 'build graphic in shop' box do and when is it needed.

The 'build graphic in shop' adds production time to your estimate. One use for it is when you have several different parts to a logo that you need to cut weed and assemble to make the composite logo for the customer. Hence you would add additional time using the 'build graphic in shop'check box to cover your time to assemble it.
