What is the difference between 'Artwork Complexity' and 'General Difficulty Level'?

Artwork complexity refers to everything done before the vinyl gets cut / pattern gets produced / Edge starts printing / etc. It is billed at the design rate and refers to time spent creating the artwork for the job, including scanning, cleanup and layout. General difficulty level refers to the difficulty level of production: shadows, outlines, difficult weeding, high wind / high places for outdoor work, etc.; anything that happens after the artwork is ready and the job is in production. This is billed at the production rate for your shop.
