1.49. What is the only affect production time box for?

When I'm pricing screen printing I see a box that says "only affect production time". What is this box for and how does it affect the quote?

The only affect production time box allows you to choose whether or not you pass the savings on to the customer for doing 2 or more up on a screen. If the only affect production time box is checked, EstiMate will price as if the job is 1 Up and the overall price will be higher. If the box is * not * checked EstiMate will pass the savings of doing 2 or more up on a screen to the customer and the quote will be a lower price.

Whether or not to have the box checked is a matter of personal preference. In a competitive market you may consider pricing with the box unchecked to give a more competitive bid. If you are in a strong market or simply would like the savings to be returned to the shop's bottom line, then you may consider quoting with the box checked.
