2.21. Price too high when quoting acrylic letters entered as substrates?

I have been entering Medex (MDO) and acrylic letters as substrates, and when I prepare a quote for a customer the prices end up being too high. What do I do?

Go to Edit Data Files > Ingredients > Substrates. Select the substrate that is presenting the problem and edit it.
Make sure that both height and width parameters are consistent. e.g. If using inches, make sure both height and width are in inches not a mix of feet inches and yards. This should resolve the issue.
