FAQ: EstiMate Bundles
Can I Exchange Plugins In My Bundle?
Of course. As long as you request the exchange within your 30-day return period you can select the plugins you prefer. However, you cannot "return" plugins -- your bundle includes the full number of plugins as part of a single product purchase.
If I purchase a bundle including EstiMate Professional, can I upgrade to EstiMate Enterprise?
Always! The upgrade price from EstiMate Professional to EstiMate Enterprise is $600, the price difference between the editions. Just email us at customerservice@estimatesoftware.com or call us at 1-888-304-3300 after placing your order to let us know, and we will charge you the difference and fulfill your order with the Enterprise edition.
I'm not in the US, and can't use the QuickBooks Link. Can I get a credit for that?
Yes. Although you cannot "return" parts of your bundle, if you are not in the US you can exchange the QuickBooks Link for a $199 credit by calling or emailing us.
Does your return policy apply to bundle purchases?
